A guided workbook designed to help you break unhealthy patterns, strengthen boundaries, and follow through on the changes you know you need to make.
Most People are not lacking awareness, they’re stuck in cycles they’ve normalized for years.
You know when a relationship feels one sided. You know when the effort is no longer mutual. You know when your boundaries are being ignored. You know when you’re shrinking yourself to keep the peace.
Knowing is not the same as changing
At Hey SK, we help women recognize the patterns keeping them emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in unhealthy relationship dynamics.
Growth is deeper than motivation. It’s learning how to:
Stop abandoning yourself for connection.
Communicate what you actually need.
Set boundaries and maintain them.
Trust your own judgement.
Break cycles that no longer align with who you’re becoming.
Healthy Connections start with becoming one yourself.
Hey SK was built from real life experiences, hard conversations, personal growth, and years of working closely with people navigating relationships, identity, self-worth, and emotional exhaustion.
We are Stefanie and Kettia Green, the voices behind Hey SK. Through our personal experiences, professional backgrounds, mentorship, and years of community outreach, we noticed a common pattern.
A lot of women know what needs to change, but still struggle to break the cycles keeping them stuck.
Cycles can be but not limited to:
Overextending.
People pleasing.
Avoiding difficult conversations.
Ignoring boundaries.
Shrinking themselves to maintain relationships and keep the peace.
That realization changed the way we approached healing, growth, and healthy connections.
Hey SK was created to help women move beyond surface-level motivation and start doing the deeper inner work required for real change. We believe healthy connections begin with the relationship you have with yourself.
Our approach focuses on:
Self-awareness
Communication
Boundaries
Confidence
Emotional Acoountability
Breaking Unhealthy Relational Patterns
We combine lived experience, mentorship, honest conversations, and practical tools to help women stop abandoning themselves for connection, and start building healthier patterns in every area of life.
Growth is not about becoming perfect, its about becoming aligned with who you’re becoming.
For women who are tired of repeating the same emotional and relationship patterns, and are finally ready to move differently
You know something feels off, but keep talking yourself out of it.
You struggle to maintain boundaries once guilt shows up.
You overextend yourself and feel resentful afterward.
You communicate your needs late, indirectly, or after frustration builds.
You keep choosing peace over honesty, even when it costs you emotionally.
You’re tired of being “the strong one” while silently overwhelmed.
You recognize unhealthy patterns, but struggle to break them consistently.
You want healthier relationships without losing yourself in the process.
You’re learning that self-awareness means nothing without aligned action. You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself for connection.
Hey SK was created for women who are ready to do deeper inner work, build healthier patterns, and create stronger connections with themselves and others.
This is not about perfection. It’s about awareness, accountability, communication, boundaries, and growth.
Healthy connections start with becoming one with yourself.
